Meets Wednesdays at 1:00 pm ET

This adaptive all-levels yoga class explores seated and standing postures using the support of the chair to increase body awareness while building strength, mobility, and flexibility. Additionally, meditation and breathing practices are used to cultivate a sense of grounding, relaxation, and connection. Whether you are new to yoga, working with an injury, or looking to deepen your practice, this adaptive class empowers you to explore the subtleties of physical postures while discovering accessible yet powerful yoga-based practices that can be incorporated into daily living. *Class recordings are available for 1 week so you can revisit topics and continue to explore in your own time.

Explore Group Yoga Therapy - Virtual Class

Curious about yoga therapy and how it differs from a traditional yoga class? Interested in learning more about yourself while deepening your yoga practice? In this all-levels mat class, we explore a wide range of practices geared to promote overall wellbeing while learning how and why yoga-based practices are such powerful tools for health and wellness.
