Explore, Connect & Reset: Chair Yoga

Meets Wednesdays at 1:00 pm

This adaptive all-levels yoga class explores seated and standing postures using the support of the chair to increase body awareness while building strength, mobility, and flexibility. Additionally, meditation and breathing practices are used to cultivate a sense of grounding, relaxation, and connection. Whether you are new to yoga, working with an injury, or looking to deepen your practice, this adaptive class empowers you to explore the subtleties of physical postures while discovering accessible yet powerful yoga-based practices that can be incorporated into daily living. 

Deep Relaxation: Restorative + Yoga Nidra

Meets the 3rd Sunday of every month (beginning 9/20) from 10:00 am – 11:30 am

In a world where we are constantly pulled to do and achieve, yoga invites us to pause and simply be. The monthly class is designed to diminish tension and tightness, while cultivating peace, calm, and wellbeing to bring you into a space of deep relaxation. Gentle movement is used to ground the mind and prepare the body for rest. Restorative poses foster inner awareness and help the body to find comfort and release. Yoga Nidra, often referred to as yogic sleep, is a meditation technique to systematically bring ease and stillness to both body and mind. Please join me for this peaceful and healing journey!
